Wellness isn’t about perfection.

It's about coming home to yourself.

I was trained as a registered nurse, with rotations in a variety of specialties, immediately jumping into the hospital setting after college, but it never resonated with me from day 1. I never loved it but didn’t know why or what else to do. Fast forward to the birth of my son. My entire pregnancy i knew there was a different way and from the moment I had him i wanted all hands OFF. I had to sign a waiver for him to sleep with me and people questioned how long i breastfed for, how frequently i nursed and my non vax decisions but i went with my gut bc there was no other option, you don’t go against instincts this strong. I knew i was on a different path, a better path, one where i trusted my body and his little body and i never looked back. I have been listening to my intuition and ‘gut feeling’ since then, trusting my body, and not finding comfort in mainstream healthcare, or mainstream ways of living or nourishing or caring for my body. It’s scary how far down a very bad road many Americans have gone bc they have listened to mainstream healthcare, government (example: the scam food pyramid i grew up with!) and eaten ‘food’ that wasn’t good for them and adopted the SAD (standard American) diet, lack of movement, little to no stress management, no stillness, unnecessary busyness because that’s how we’re conditioned, poor sleep, too much drinking to mask a life they’re not happy in, no intuition, and have forgotten how to listen to their bodies and think for themselves and trust themselves.

Health is more than the absence of illness; it’s the presence of vitality, clarity, and joy. It’s the freedom to move, feel, rest, and express ourselves in alignment with who we truly are.

I believe in a root-cause approach that honors the gut as the core of our physical and emotional well-being. I trust the body’s innate wisdom and work to support its natural healing process with mindfulness, nourishment, and nervous system care.

I see healing as deeply personal and non-linear. It’s not about perfection—it’s about presence. My role is to guide, not dictate; to empower, not impose. I hold space for each person to come home to themselves with patience, curiosity, and compassion.

I believe that real, lasting change comes from within — not from pressure, perfectionism, or quick fixes. I honor each person’s unique path and pace, and I’m here to walk with you, not ahead of you.

I don’t believe in rigid rules or one-size-fits-all solutions. I value curiosity over judgment, progress over perfection, and self-compassion above all. My role isn’t to “fix” you, because you’re not broken, but to help you reconnect with the tools, wisdom, and nourishment already within you.

I hold a safe, supportive space with clear boundaries: I don’t push, diagnose, or promise overnight transformation. Instead, I offer grounded guidance, evidence-informed support, and a lot of heart. Change doesn’t have to be forceful — it can be gentle, sustainable, and deeply empowering.

Science and intuition coexist. Nature is our teacher. Simplicity is sacred. And joy is medicine.

FEEL

AT

HOME

IN

This work is a bridge between the science of how our bodies function and the soul of how we actually feel.

I believe we all deserve to feel at home in our bodies and safe in our minds. We deserve more than symptom management—we deserve tools that help us reconnect, regulate, and thrive.
